i created a Form module in the main pack by the VIP UI with New in existing package (in main folder ) , but it should have been new in new package in a separated independant module / form / class.

now i would like to know what is the best way to delete it.

delete the files itself and let the compiler come with messages and then follow that

or delete it in all the .pack files?

I normally delete the files on the disk and then let the automatic procedures delete include statements and remove the package from the project.
