In the upgrade notes I see there is a reference to Zip/Unzip capability for Vip11.

That is unfortunately a mistake. The truth is that in-house we have added a rudimentary support for unzipping a file into a directory structure (no zipping).

I have attached it (unsupported), and you will have to modify include directives to point to where you place it (should you decide to use it).
