Ahem ... the Visual Prolog Launch install program dialog message leaves me in suspense! :D

What scale is used on you display (Display Settings -> Scale & Layout -> Scale)?

Scale = 100%

I guess that installer dialog just expects a shorter program name than "Visual Prolog Launch".
