Hello
I am trying (and failing) to do a simple file consult in V11. Since V10 a new 4th argument has been added:
consult : (string Filename, factDB FactSection, codePage FallbackCodePage = utf8).
What is this "FallbackCodePage"? It appears to be an input argument, what values are acceptable?
