Hi, Kari. Thank you for letting us know this problem.

We have not really considered offline reading in e-readers, but I guess we should. The pdf file is made by extracting a single selfcontained HTML file from the wiki. This HTML file is transformed in to pdf using a tool from Winnovative. We have tried several such tools and none of them were very good.
