There are two types of programmers :
the one who already uses Ring
or Visual Prolog and the others
who are going to use them some time.

Will the Visual Prolog Personal Edition 7.5 contain the "pfc\vpi\vpiOldDomains" directory?

The Personal Edition does not contain vipOldDomains. The Personal Edition is not really intended to support long term maintenance cycles. You will either have to add your own vipOldDomains, or (recommended) migrate/reprogram your "old-doamins" dialogs to a newer kind of dialogs.
