Can somebody explain me why after using msglay_Listen, with XP the e_ReadBin respons is activated 2 times (or appear in 2 steps) but with Seven 64 bits, only one time ?

Hi,
Can somebody explain me why after using msglay_Listen, with XP the e_ReadBin respons is activated 2 times (or appear in 2 steps) but with Seven 64 bits, only one time ?
