I doubt it.
First of all, I belive the definition of a web browser is hard to give. Which requirements should a program satisfy to be a web browser?
Is the Visual Prolog webBrowserDemo a web browser?

Hi,
By "web browser" I mean : Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc... (not VP WeBrowser sample).
As I see in the web, it seems possible to call "StartMenuInternet" in the Register...
