The new features are:
1. Updated for the use with the VIP7.3
2. All releases represented now in one archive.
3. All releases represented now as full projects.
4. The Release 14 added. It demonstrates the use of pzlTechnology (Dll-based components agreements).

The Commercial version and the Personal Edition is here.
The Personal Edition may be downloaded as the Sample.

That is a nice tutorial, I think Ill use this software I dont know VB that well so I may port this to C# or even C. Very nice
