a dialog which has a pdf custom control
a form where the whole form area is used for the activeX control.
Both the dialog and the form can be resized.
(I corrected the runCom mistake Steve mentioned).

Hi Kari,
Just a brief note, runcom should be used and not run in pdfControl.pro .
Nice.
cheers

I do not any more have 6.2 installed so I can't tell the "problems".
Try to create a new COM package from AcroPDF.dll. I quess that there are no major changes in the com parts of the different version.

Actually Vip6.3 has many improvements for COM and especially for ActiveX.
So it is better to upgrade to Vip6.3

Hi,
I found a copy developed by Kari Rastas for VIP 6.3 (or VIP7.0) "linked" with an old Acrobat. I have managed to get it working with VIP7.3 without rebuilding the COM - just doing some manual editing to get it to compile. It works with Acrobat Reader 8.
PS I checked with Kari to make sure it is OK with him to upload.
cheers
Steve
