Activation of VIP10 PE

Hi!
I'm just trying to register my vip10 PE and catching an error "Cannot access activation server. Please check your Internet connection. The problem may be caused by a firewall". OS is Win7 pro, native firewall is DISABLED, antivirus protection is paused... Internet connection to ALL websites via browser is OK, including visual-prolog.com. Only requests to register or check new versions of VIP are broken.
I have no ideas. :cry:
Please help me to find the fault.

I can access the activation service, so it is running and so forth.
