Missing 5xVIP package

I'm trying to run some older code, originally written for Visual Prolog 5.x. One of the functions I need is provided in the 5xVIP package, but I can't seem to find it in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Visual Prolog 7.5 PE\pfc

or any of the other sub-directories of Visual Prolog 7.5 PE. I've also tried searching my computer for "5xVIP" with no success. Can you tell me where to find this package?

That package is only in the Commercial Edition.
