Visual Prolog Help files

I have an old hypertext help file (.hlp) created by Visual-prolog 4 or 5. I am aware that the newer versions are not capable of creating help files (unfortunately), but any suggestion to enable me to open, copy/paste or at least view such a file will be greatly appreciated.
