How to correct failed online order for VIP CE?

Yesterday I tried twice to order VIP 7.5 CE and received an error message: I replaced transaction ID with
XXXXXXXX:

Error: Session timeout has been expired. Number for the transaction XXXXXXXX. Please contact PDC.

I have emailed sales@visual-prolog.com, but have yet to get a response. My VISA has been billed twice but I have no product!

Help!
