multi-threading in personal edition

Thomas,
I am in the process of updating my RS232 program to VIP75 and putting the code on the web.
To my supprise the code compiles also flawlessly under the personal edition.
This is in correspondence with http://www.visual-prolog.com/vip/product/vipPE2CE.htm
In former editions multi-threading was not possible in the personal edition.
But I am slightly confused by what I am reading here: http://www.visual-prolog.com/
This states: multi-threading (supported in the Commercial Edition).
This could be understood as not supported in the personal edition.
What is the real interpretation?
