Is it possible to record a video of my screen in VP7 without any other application (as CamStudio, Camtasia,...) ?

It is not impossible. But there is no "built-in" support for it. And I do not have any relevant knowledge about.

I have used Camtasia for the demo videos I have made, but it also can do much more than capturing the video.
