I come across a minor issue while editing files that only happens on a rare occasion. During editing an error dialog shows up titled "Exception in VPI user error hander (vpi::setErrorHan..." (that's all that fits in the dialog title and stating "Dump could not be formatted".

The problem is it won't close so I lose any current editing when I force a shutdown in task manager.

It's either an odd bug in the editor or possibly an odd key combination I'm hitting periodically.

If anyone knows what might cause this please advise.

Unfortunately, we don't know what causes that exception. It is obviously something in the IDE, but it does not seem to come from the editor.
