Do you have a sample in another language to send such event?

Anyway you can call the appropriate predicate to locate url instead of sending the event.

Of course, it is possible to save on a stream, and then HGlobal can be created from such stream.

Hi Chan.

Please notice that VPI Picture is a DIB image in BMP format. So if you save GDI+ as BMP, then it should help.

Hi All.

Of course writting an IDL file and applying MIDL compiler can create a type library.

Visual Prolog can do this as well by writting a code for type library and run the project, please see the attachment project.

Yes. It is interesting.
Another way of drawing something transparent is to draw this as "background".
I.e. inside onPaint first draw boxes and then draw text and lines
