I am not sure what you mean, do you mean the ability to use Chinese in predicate names and variable names, etc?
My knowledge of Chinese is very limited, but a problem may be that you don't have anything that corresponds to uppercase and lowercase, which are important concepts in Visual Prolog.
However if you for example prefix predicate names with a lowercase 'p' and variables with an uppercase 'V' then it will work. The code in the image can compile and run.
