Tool to change VIP6 and VIP7 project names

Here is a little tool (just the exe) that is used for renaming VIP projects. When your project is named "old", and you want to rename it to "new":
1) It copies all the main project files from ...\old\*.* to a new folder ...\new\*.*
2) It renames files old.pack, old.ph etc to new.pack, new.ph.
3) It edits file new.pack etc. and replaces any "old" references to "new".
You can use it just to rapidly make backups, or to embed a project version number in the project name (and therefore embedded in the exe name).
